Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days, Monday-Friday.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times

Business days are Monday-Friday. Delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier volume:

United States: 10–16 business days
Canada: 10–15 business days
Europe: 10–18 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
Asia: 12–19 business days
Other Countries: 12–19 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, or regional factors.

Avarí Delivery Guarantee (Optional Protection)

The Avarí Guarantee is an optional protection service that covers your order during transit.

When added to your order, you’re protected from the moment your package leaves our facility until it arrives at your door.

If your package is lost in transit or shows no movement for 10+ business days, we will:

Reship the order at no additional cost, or
Issue a 100% refund to your original payment method

Orders not protected by Avarí Guarantee are assumed to be responsibility of the customer once the shipment has been handed off to the carrier and tracking.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect, Avarí is not responsible for delays or lost packages.

If the order is returned to us due to an addressing error, we will reship once the corrected address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.
