At Avarí, all products are carefully curated and fulfilled with strict quality standards. Due to the nature of our products and logistics process, we maintain a controlled and approval based return policy.

By placing an order on touravari.com, you agree to the terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of carrier delivery if the item meets all conditions below:

  • In original packaging

  • In resaleable condition (like new or no visible usage damage)

  • Includes proof of purchase

Returns must be approved prior to shipping the item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Used items or items not returned in original condition cannot be accepted.


2. Refund Amount for Approved Returns

Approved returns qualify for 90% refund to the original payment method.

All approved returns are subject to a 10% non-refundable restocking and logistics fee.

This fee accounts for international logistics, inspection, and fulfillment costs associated with returns.


3. Order Cancellations

  • Within 48 hours of purchase: Eligible for a 100% refund

  • After 48 hours:
    The order may already be in processing or transit. In this case, orders will need to be properly returned.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or video.

We will replace the item or process a refund based on availability.

Damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or improper handling is not considered a defect.


5. Guaranteed Delivery Protection

If your package is confirmed lost in transit*, Avarí will:

  • Reship the order at no cost, or

  • Provide a 100% refund

*This guarantee applies only when tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days or the carrier officially declares the shipment lost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personal care items

  • Gift cards

  • Items without original packaging

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Return Value:

  • Items returned are eligible for a 90% refund of the purchase price.

  • Defective items are handled case-by-case; photos or video evidence will be required


8. International Orders & Duties

  • For international orders:
  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for all charges imposed by their country

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you if your return is accepted within 3 business days 

  • Accepted returns receive 90% of the original purchase price

  • Approval is granted solely at Avarí’s discretion.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the accepted return is received and inspected. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the funds.
