We got tired of it.
One of us is practical. The other won't walk out the door without it looking right. For a long time, carry gear made you choose. Functional gear looked wrong. Good-looking gear fell apart by the second use.
The scramble always won.
So we got selective.
What solved a real problem earned a spot. What didn't got left behind.
